My hands-on experience as an interior designer, project leader, and team manager has given me an in-depth understanding of the industry, from concept to completion. I thrive at the intersection of leadership and creativity, specializing in aligning operational strategies with design innovation to achieve exceptional results.
Armed with advanced education, including an Executive MBA in Operational Effectiveness and an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Change, I focus on streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and driving impactful change.
